We accept credit or debit card through our online payments system provided by Stripe. All payments are processed through a fully secure 256 bit protocol. In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security.

Do I get the same maid each time?

Everyone likes routine and consistency and so do we. For all regular customers, we try and connect you with a regular maid. Although due to the popularity of some of our maids this may not always be the case.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, of course, you can cancel a cleaning/booking through logging in to your account. Please note we charge a $40 cancellation fee for cancellations after 5pm the day prior to your booking, so please cancel with plenty of time to spare.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

You will have an opportunity to enter any voucher codes during the booking process and before you enter any payment details.
